Tom is a two-time veteran of the National Republican Congressional Committee. In 2010, he served as Regional Press Secretary for the NRCC and was a key member of the team that flipped 63 seats and delivered Republicans the House majority. In 2020, he served as Regional Political Director for the NRCC and was responsible for Congressional races across the upper Midwest, flipping four seats in the region and successfully managing the recount for Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA), who won her election by just six votes.
In addition to the NRCC, Tom has worked for Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R-MN), Sen. Norm Coleman (R-MN), Reps. Kristi Noem (R-SD) and Erik Paulsen (R-MN), MN House Speaker Kurt Daudt (R-MN) and co-founded the Minnesota Jobs Coalition independent expenditure committee.
A native of Minnesota, Tom lives in Washington, DC with his wife Brianna and their two daughters: Madeline and Amelia.
