Meet The Team

Morgan Wilson joined the OMI Team in 2023 after nearly a decade in the private sector solving complex problems for the Navy and DoD. He began his career in management consulting with the Advisory Board Company before moving to Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led digital transformation and systems design efforts for the U.S. Navy.

In 2020, Morgan traded PowerPoints for politics, managing Congresswoman Elise Stefanik’s re-election campaign to the largest win margin of any Republican in New York. That victory helped launch her rise to GOP Conference Chair.
After the campaign, Morgan returned to national security with Deloitte, leading development of a secure AI platform for the Department of Defense. But politics called him back—he reentered the arena as Political Director for the top Senate race in the country.

With experience at the highest levels of both campaign strategy and defense consulting, Morgan brings a unique mix of battlefield grit and boardroom savvy to OMI’s client services.

He’s a proud graduate of Union College, and lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife Madison and their dog Rona.
