Katherine Horne is a Digital Project Director with years of experience working in politics, specializing in online fundraising. In her most recent role prior to her work at OnMessage Inc., she was in charge of building and managing House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy’s digital fundraising program, raising over $15 million in the first cycle of its existence, and winning the 2020 Campaigns & Elections Reed Award for “Best Online Fundraising Program” as well as the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) award for “Best Use of Automated SMS Fundraising.” She was also responsible for building and managing Congressman Devin Nunes and the Congressional Leadership Fund’s digital programs, raising over another $15 million combined.
Katherine began her career in digital marketing at the National Republican Congressional Committee as the National Digital Fundraising Strategist. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining all aspects of the digital fundraising program such as managing the NRCC’s email and SMS fundraising programs and the online advertisement strategy. She is responsible for raising over $60 million in total revenue between her roles to date.
Prior to NRCC, she worked in the offices of U.S. Representatives Bill Shuster and Martha McSally. Before heading to the Hill, Katherine worked for the RNC in Pennsylvania during the 2016 election cycle, winning a state that hadn’t collectively voted for a Republican presidential candidate since George H. W. Bush in 1988.
At OnMessage Inc., she is responsible for managing several multimillion-dollar digital fundraising programs for various clients, including multiple Congressional and Senate candidates.
She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
