Meet The Team

Katherine Horne is an experienced Digital Marketing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the political organization industry and online fundraising. Working as the National Digital Fundraising Strategist at the National Republican Congressional Committee, she was responsible for maintaining all aspects of the digital fundraising program. This includes managing the NRCC’s email, SMS, and online advertisement strategy. Additionally, she is responsible for raising over $60 million in total revenue between her various roles to date. Prior to NRCC, she worked in the offices of U.S. Representatives Bill Shuster and Martha McSally. Before heading to the Hill, Katherine worked for the RNC in Pennsylvania during the 2016 election cycle, winning a state that hadn’t collectively voted for a Republican presidential candidate since George H. W. Bush in 1988.

At OnMessage, she is responsible for managing several multimillion-dollar digital fundraising programs for various clients, including several Congressional and Senate candidates. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
