Graham Shafer is known as one of the Republican Party’s most talented operatives for his work in difficult campaigns at every level.
Graham’s tactical experience, ability to organize grassroots movements and his focus on frugal campaign management have made him both a sought-after talent for statewide and presidential campaigns and a regular instructor at the GOP’s campaign management colleges.
His long resume includes stints as the Northeast Political Director for the Republican National Committee, a consultant to Rhode Island Governor Don Carcieri, manager of the closest Governor’s race in Tennessee history, and leading the New Hampshire effort for Steve Forbes’ presidential run.
Graham has been running campaigns since 1994, earning his first job managing a statewide race at age 22. At OnMessage Inc. Graham advises clients on both opinion research and media issues, runs on-site management and production of all the firm’s television shoots and lends campaign management experience to start-up campaigns.
In addition to his political responsibilities, Graham also heads up OnMessage Sports, working with the firm’s sports business clients.
Graham lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife Gigi and their two children.
