Curt Anderson • Partner

Curt Anderson has been one of the country's most prominent Republican campaign minds for more than two decades. He served President Reagan at the White House as Associate Director of Public Liaison, and Chairman Haley Barbour as political director at the Republican National Committee.  Curt led the effort that developed the Republican Party's much vaunted  "72 Hour Task Force" which rewrote the playbook on voter turnout technologies and tactics, and he redesigned and authored the curriculum for the Republican Party's campaign management colleges. 

In Presidential politics Curt served as a senior strategist for Steve Forbes in 1999, directed the coalition outreach efforts for the Bush/Cheney campaign in 2000, led the RNC's independent expenditure ad campaign to re-elect President Bush in 2004, was a member of the ad team for Mitt Romney's campaign in 2007/2008, and led the RNC's independent expenditure campaign against President Obama in the fall of 2008. 

In his career as a campaign strategist and media consultant Curt has worked directly for many of the leading Republican elected officials over the past 25 years including:  President Reagan; Senators Mitch McConnell, Don Nickles, Phil Gramm, Elizabeth Dole, John Thune, and Ron Johnson; Governors Haley Barbour, Don Carcieri, Bobby Jindal, and Rick Scott. Prior to starting OnMessage Inc. Curt held many campaign posts including - NRSC Coalition Director, NRSC Southern Regional Director, RNC Midwest Regional Director, and RNC Political Director.

In 2010 Curt co-authored Governor Jindal's new book, "Leadership and Crisis".  Curt and his wife Anita have three children and live in Crownsville, MD.
