Wes Anderson • Partner

Wes Anderson has become one of the country’s pre-eminent Republican pollsters for one reason: he develops messages that win tough races.
Wes’s success as a pollster is rooted in his broad-based campaign skills that stretch beyond the world of data and statistics. His campaign experience includes polling, management, fundraising, advertising and coalition outreach. From statewide referenda to presidential campaigns, Wes has worked as a strategist, pollster and campaign operative at many levels of electoral politics.
Wes’s career also includes a number of corporate and association clients including Alticor, the National Rifle Association, the Orlando Magic, All Children Matter and the Walton Family Foundation. Wes's corporate services include brand management, brand creation and crisis management.
During the 2006 election cycle Wes conducted opinion research for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, The Republican Governor’s Association, Michael Steele for U.S. Senate (MD), Dick DeVos for Governor (MI), Troy King for Attorney General (AL), Bobby Jindal for Congress (LA), RAMPAC Tennessee and the Maine Republican Caucus.
Prior to co-founding OnMessage Inc., Wes was a partner in The Anderson Group, and before that, a vice president of Fabrizio, McLaughlin & Associates. Wes provided both opinion research and strategic consulting for political and corporate clients.
In 1996, Wes served as the Director of Polling for the Republican National Committee. As Haley Barbour’s pollster, Wes executed a $1.8 million dollar budget for strategic opinion research. As both chief architect and analyst of the RNC Polling department, Wes developed strategies and messages designed to maintain the Republican majorities in both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
Before becoming the RNC Polling Director, Wes served as the Western Regional Field Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. In this capacity, Wes directed all NRSC campaign activities in races west of the Mississippi.
In addition to his NRSC experience, Wes has served as the Political Director of U.S. Term Limits and Executive Director of Frontiers of Freedom, a nonprofit organization, dedicated to tax reform and free speech protection that he founded with Senator Malcolm Wallop (WY).
Wes along with his wife Kim and their daughters Maggie and Annie live in Bowie, Maryland.
